Ruigor bags purchased on this site ship worldwide for free and can be returned within 30 days if in a brand new condition.

Delivered within 2-7 working days after the order has been shipped.
Note: Orders placed on Monday to Thursday will be shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Europe
Delivered within 2-7 working days after the order has been shipped.

Delivered within 14-20 working days after the order has been shipped.

What is Ruigor's return policy? How long do I have to return my purchase?
At Ruigor we’re confident about the quality of our products and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with a product bought at swissruigor.com, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving your item? All returned items should be in a brand new, unused and undamaged condition. Please note that items purchased from a third-party supplier will be subject to their individual return policy and should be returned to the supplier’s address.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?
Once the return form has been submitted online and the product has been sent back, we will confirm receipt of your order and review your case. If a return is granted we aim to return the money to your account within 5-10 working days.
