Ruigor would like to thank you for choosing one of its products. That is why we will launch the first online picture contest only for its customers! You have a Ruigor backpack and you’re ready to try something new? Great, then join our challenge, share your story with us and you might have a chance to win a great present from us. How? It’s easy, just take a picture of your backpack anywhere, it could be on a great adventure in the middle of the jungle or just a normal day coming back from work, every moment is special for us, and for you. Eventually, post your picture on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #Backyourlifeup. The contest will be starting on January 15th 2018 until June 15th 2018. We will be checking all of your pictures which are using the hashtag and then choosing the most attractive and interesting snapshots until we find our winner. We are excited to see your Ruigor story!

³ Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Swiss Saber Ruigor AG as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
⁴ Eligibility: This Campaign is only open to legal residents of USA and Germany and customers of Swiss Saber Ruigor AG, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Swiss Saber Ruigor AG, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
⁵ Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on January 15th 2018 and ending June 15th 2018. All online entries must be received by June 15th 2018.
⁶ How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by posting your picture in either Facebook, Instagram or Titter using the hashtag #Backupyourlife. The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Optional verbiage to include: You may enter only once.
⁷ Prizes: The Winner of the Campaign will receive a present from Swiss Saber Ruigor AG. Swiss Saber Ruigor AG shall solely determine the specifics of the prize. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Swiss Saber Ruigor AG discretion. The prize is non-transferable.
⁸ Winner Selection: Winner will be selected by choosing the most interesting and attractive picture under the supervision of Swiss Saber Ruigor AG. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [14 days] from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
⁹ Terms & Conditions: Swiss Saber Ruigor AG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Swiss Saber Ruigor AG’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Swiss Saber Ruigor AG may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Swiss Saber Ruigor AG. Swiss Saber Ruigor AG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Should such attempt be made, Swiss Saber Ruigor AG reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
