In case the damaged product is no longer available, Ruigor will try to replace it with a similar product of equal value. Ruigor’s warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse of Ruigor products. Moreover, theft or loss to personal property and reparation of products purchased from non-authorized retailers, in stores and online, are not covered by Ruigor.
